Delete your Savvyra account
You can delete your Savvyra account and all of its data at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion becomes permanent 5 days after you request it.
Delete from the app
- Open Savvyra and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter the verification code we email to you, then confirm.
You are signed out on all devices right away.
Delete by email
If you can no longer open the app, email support@savvyra.ai from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm the request before processing it.
What happens next
- For 5 days, your account is scheduled for deletion. Signing in again does not cancel the request; you will see that deletion is pending and can choose to cancel it.
- After 5 days, we permanently delete your profile, expenses, categories, budgets, receipt images, devices and sessions, as well as AI request records linked to your account. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke Savvyra’s access to your Apple ID.
- What we keep. Only what the law requires, such as minimal, de-identified purchase records.
Cancel a deletion request
Sign in within the 5 days and choose Cancel deletion when prompted. Your account and data stay as they were.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a Savvyra Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
Export first
If you have Savvyra Pro, you can export your expenses to an Excel file before deleting your account.
