Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Savvyra app and website. By creating an account or using Savvyra, you agree to them. If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

You sign in with your email, Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that email or account secure. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and the UK).

Using Savvyra

Savvyra helps you record and review your spending. It is not a bank, does not move money, and does not give financial, tax or legal advice.

AI features read receipts and understand voice or text to suggest expense details. Suggestions can be wrong, so please review them before saving. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep.

Please do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use automated means to exceed plan limits.

Free plan and Savvyra Pro

The free plan includes unlimited manual entries and a monthly allowance of receipt scans and voice or text entries. Savvyra Pro adds a higher allowance, unlimited budgets and export. Current limits and prices are shown in the app and on our download page.

• Billing. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play, and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Savvyra account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• After Pro ends. You keep your data. Budgets above the free plan limit become read-only until you subscribe again, and you can still delete them.

Your content

Your expenses, notes and receipts belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Savvyra, so features may change. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you in the app before they take effect.

Ending your use

You can stop using Savvyra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Savvyra is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
